Very good video. To the point and clear
Great info! I just got back from Cuba - I wish I had seen this beforehand ❤😊
I hope you had a fantastic time in Cuba! What were some highlights from your trip?
expat disneyland
Not completely inaccurate 😅
This travel vlog and food guide beautifully showcase the charm of this cute Mexican town. Thanks for sharing the amazing sights and delicious eats! 💕
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you so much for your Cuba videos. Yours really are the best of the many I’ve seen. Great job. You make exploring Cuba seem far more relaxed and enjoyable. If I may ask a quick question: How long of a stay would you recommend? I can spend as many weeks as I want so that I can get a good feel for the country and people. Thank you 👏🏻👍🏻✌🏻🤙🏻
Thank you for the kind words! I hope the videos were useful! For me, I stayed about a week and it was plenty of time for Havana and Viñales. But if you want to explore more of the country (I’ve heard great things about Trinidad) I’d probably recommend at least 3 days per city.
good info in SIM card
I believe Verizon now offers service in Cuba so if you’re on them you might not even need the SIM!
Verizon works in Havana now btw... it's June 2024
That’s amazing! So you can just roam down like any other country?
I will be traveling to Cuba next week can I change a few canadian in peso or US Dollars
It's probably best to change to USD or Euros at a bank in Canada before you leave, if you want to change to pesos in Cuba. Usually Euro and USD are both accepted at the same rate inside of Cuba, as far as I could tell. CAD is accepted at the official exchange stands (pretty bad rates) and some people will take CAD, but not as well accepted as the other two.
VISA For USA IF You GO To CUBA
Ty se holis strojkem taky se holim strojkem 👍
Great video, A list of the airbnb and the restaurants would be extra special. Im visiting in April 2024. Thanks again
Glad you liked it! It’s definitely on my todo list - feel free to ping me if any one of them strike your interest and I can send you a link!
I love that view in Vinales. I’m going in a couple days and now wish I woulda booked at least one night. Doing the day tour tho. So were you able to rent a car yourself or was it a local taxi?
It was a local taxi - I think in Havana you can rent your own car but in Vinales it’s all taxis. If I remember correctly it was about $70 for the full day with driver
What do I need to do to actually get to Cuba? do I just need to get the visa that's it or are there any additional steps do I need to take as an American
You mean Cuba right? You need to go to one of 2 airports (Houston or Miami?) and buy a visa at the gate there. You also need a stated mission/purpose of visiting, and avoid staying at government/military owned hotels. Some won’t even let you stay with an American passport. Use Airbnb and watch the last bit of my video!
Always check off to support the cuban people

I will go to Cuba at the end of January. Will I be able to access Facebook and western news sites or will I need a VPN?
Yes, I believe so. The ones that I couldn't access are things like the Apple App Store and Netflix, which don't operate in Cuba. Download the Proton VPN app before you leave though just in case! It's free unless you need to stream video.
Thanks for the great information! I'm going to stay in Havana for a while this winter.
Have fun in Havana!
When I sign up to get the Sim card it asks for my phone number. I'm assigned a new number in Cuba to enter into LA Nave?
Yes, the SIM card will have a number associated with it - your American number won’t work in Cuba!
Great video. Thank you.
Thank you for watching and have a good time in Cuba!
So I just downloaded PROTON VPN and the list of countries they give does not include Cuba. Is this correct and will not be a problem when I get there?
So the countries they list are the countries that you can VPN into. As long as your home country is there, you’re good
Thank you! I'm going in December 2023 and your information so MUCH MORE definitive than anything I've seen or read. Keep up the great work!
Thank you and have a fantastic time in Cuba!
Hi I'm Joe I'm going to cuba as well in December
Thank you for this advice. Was wondering about the medical insurance that they ask for. Do you have any information on that.
Yes, it’s included in your plane ticket. Required for every flight to Cuba!
Thanks that was a great video and extremely informative!! Planning to visit in a couple of months so would be great to know which places did you choose to visit and which of them do you recommend and which not.
Thanks for the kind words! I’m uploading a vlog very soon but I guess you might have already went haha. How was your Cuba trip?
ALSO: If you’re an American…you are likely traveling on the license “Support For The Cuban People” (this is not a physical “license” but rather a verbal CLAIM if you’re asked.) This means that you should be NOT be patronizing any state hotel or restaurants. In fact, the “Support For The Cuban People” license pretty much means you should be staying in private casas. Keep your receipts for when you cross back into the USA. Money Exchange: Currently, there is a shortage of Cuban Pesos because of hyper inflation. It may effect the rate since sellers are struggling to find large currencies. $100 or €100 bills get the largest exchange rate. Currently the Black Market exchange rate is 220 Pesos for every USD (225 per Euro, down from 2 weeks ago). This is always in flux but be careful exchanging money. Discretely ask your Casa owner if she/he can help you with this exchange. See Below for current exchange rates in Cuba: El Toque is only a guide, your rate may vary depending on the individual: eltoque.com/tasas-de-cambio-de-moneda-en-cuba-hoy
Great video. thank you
Thanks!! Are you planning on going to Cuba soon?
'Promosm' 😕
You miss to tell that traveling cuba you are supporting the olde dictatorship in western hemispheres, where cuban need to escape because to can go in jail more than 15 years just for say that you are against government. If you dont matter about it, go and "enjoy"
can I have the link for the air bnb you used
Vedado Havana: abnb.me/apVzbLbJSBb Vinales: abnb.me/Yj2KwpeJSBb Old Havana: abnb.me/ZVbYaSgJSBb All were great in different ways!
Thank you for the wonderful vid.
Do you need reservations for lodging before you get there? Very informative video, thanks.
Yes the safest bet is Airbnb. If you are American you can’t stay in the hotels because most are owned by the Cuban government.
@@antoniojackson7219 thanks! You did a great job. Keep traveling and sharing. Two Antonio’s, just noticed!
Yep, I’d go with Airbnb. I also met a traveler who was pretty successful just walking around the city without a reservation and knocking on doors (the rental houses are marked with a sign) to find a place, especially in Old Havana.
@@manatee_productions ok, sounds like the way to find a good match. Just need to know this and seems answer is here but here goes: it appears then that no proof of reservation is need when arriving? Thanks!
No, I don’t believe so. It’s been a while since I went there but I think the Tourist Card (basically a a visa) that you buy doesn’t ask for address.
This is absolutely false. This thinking is the propaganda lie that the criminal regime has been feeding the world for 64 years. Ask the 11 million Cubans that have left the oppression, abuse, coercion, the silencing, the incarceration. The only embargo or blockade is the communist party. The US sanctions will be dropped once there is freedom for political prisoners, free speech, free press, free and democratic elections. Stop the lie!!!!!!
Thank you for this wonderful video. Welcome to New Orleans!
Thanks for the comment! I enjoyed my stay in your city very much!
Message to all foreigners who want to spend their vacations in Cuba. The Cuban people ask you not to come to Cuba because you will become accomplices of the Castro dictators. Do not come to Cuba because all the food that exists on this island goes to the hotels and that money is used by the dictators to repress us even more. Don't come to Cuba, don't support the genocidaires!
Great video! Regarding the internet, do you happen to know where the etecsa office is in Varadero Airport? Is it open 24h?
According to this website suenacuba.com/tourist_sim_card_cuba/how_to_get_cellular_internet there is one before customs and it’s open 24/7!
I love Napoleon House. Some may not know, but they serve a toasted, not cold muffaletta. It makes a difference. Cafe Beignet is better than du monde. I'm putting Fat Boy Pantry on my list for next time.
Oh man, I missed out on the toasted muffuletta! I feel like that would have been amazing! Will definitely check it out next time!
Ooh Yeah! Let's go to NOLA and get: *shot... *kidnapped in Uptown where you thought it was safe... *carjacked...and then shot.... *spontaneously caught in a flood.....and shot.... *shot again...
Stay in the touristy areas and you’ll be safe. Like any American city, be careful at night and make sure to ask whether an unknown area is good to walk or not.
I've been to new orleans, both during and not during mardi gras. Never had one negative encounter.
@@BriansgateThis just in -- 'New Orleans man says he was attacked, had his car stolen after going to the hospital' -- It's different when you live there.....
How much money do you recommend to convert to the currency? On average how much did you spend or what amount do you find useful?
Bring more cash than you think you need! Food and transportation aren’t that cheap in Cuba. I brought $500 for 6 nights and cut it really really close. I wouldn’t convert everything in the beginning, maybe just $50-$100 at a time. It’s mostly for restaurants and La Nave. It’s easy to convert through your Casa host and a lot of places (tours, rentals, etc.) will prefer foreign currency at a very good rate.
Hi. How about people from USA getting etecsa service that is operated by Cuba government and remember USA restrictions and regulations? Would it be a problem ? Thanks for answering
The full list of restricted entities is here: www.state.gov/cuba-restricted-list/list-of-restricted-entities-and-subentities-associated-with-cuba-effective-january-8-2021/ AFAIK ETECSA is not one of them. You will need a VPN to access certain services though, such as the Apple App Store, when on Cuban internet. Enjoy your trip!
@@manatee_productions wowwww thank you so much 😊
As you said before, you will always be using a communist organization. Do not go there! Blockade this Dictatorship!
Very help full Thanks JK
Glad you found it helpful! Enjoy your visit to Cuba!

Woahhh ⭐️⭐️
What question did you ask?
I will help you out and sub for you!! :)
so if I have a Windows 10 tablet with touchscreen and a Galaxy S7, does it work with both?
It'll "work," but it won't be very good, as the writing will have a significant offset from the tip. I'd recommend going with a stylus designed for generic use rather than this one.
Que cable le hace para cárgarlo!!! Se me perdioooooo
can i use it without bluetooth? for home page? can i use it note for apple application or i can use it only for application that you mention? can i use it for my iphone 6?
The stylus will work with most applications, but only the applications that are supported here: www.wacom.com/en-kr/products/stylus/bamboo-fineline-2 will work with the palm rejection, pressure sensitivity, and improved precision.
This would be better on a base plate
Thats cool
does this work with autodesk sketchbook pro?
that pen works on a graphic tablet too?
I don't think so. It will only work on the iPad and other capacitative tablets.
There is no problem w/ your pen :) Your hand is just touching the screen :P I will sugges you to take and old glove that you don't care about... cut tum, pointer and middle finger off :) So even if you lay down your hand on a screen it wont take it as a touch like it won't feel it :3 Hope this helped you :)
Nice one
