No this was on single player. If you leave the car idling for a long time in one spot the camera will move to the corner right screen. Plus this glitch happens if the police are searching for you. Multiplayer only worked in 2019. After that the servers were shut down and for me not working. Only offline gameplay.

Sorry for the late response, been busy with work. Yes It is very fun indeed, you basically have to drive in a specific area such as a highway in circles, along with the Rhinos SUV's pursing you. After circling around, more of them will then start to show up. I will be posting more videos. Stay tuned and thank you for watching.

Yep that's basically what they do. If you follow them while they are driving away fast, the Rhino SUVs will turn around and go the other way. Keep on following them and they will eventually ram the player's at a high speed and basically destroy anything in their path. Ya while they drive slowly with their light bar's on and if you keep on making them follow you at low speeds they will speed up and hit the player. I had that were one Rhino was driving fast with it's lights flashing and kept on hitting me.

@@patrick280zx you can make a retreating rhino follow You again by ramming him once and than speed up. There's chance he turn light on and follow you again. Same can be done for other cop cars that goes to retreat either because level has escalated or incorrectly spawned cop (usually in challenge series as long the heat level only differ by 1. If it differs by 2 and the 'incorrect cop' is higher authority, than the retreating cop will never join chase. Example on silver police disable challenge, a federal cop is present near a sphere pursuit breaker (your heat is 3 there) and only flee even if you tried your best to ram him to provoke)
