Don't know if you remember me tGrass but I wanted to tell you that I started university recently and have joined my uni's fighting game society. Its the first local that I've ever gone to (as I grew up in a small town) but I've been having a great time competing there, and its reminded me a lot of local motives. That being said, you came back at the perfect time lol - right as I started to wonder where you went again. So happy to see you back.

As someone who is in a similar boat to you in the 10 years in the local and the recent development of improvement, I think we are both a good example for the scene and the fact that we are still improving at many aspects of our lives is incredible. Also went 0-2 in all my games at Combo Breaker, was feeling upset but am trying a new mindset not focusing on forcing improvement, but rather just trying to feel joy and let improvement come with time and experience
That's awesome to hear. Your worth in the community does not come from skill. Fun is the most important thing.
