I always think you can just use a zero gravity script and use a enable and disable for the volume that’s what I used
it doesnt let me go into it and it has colliders

Am I supposed to put in the left and right controllers layer NonWalkable or the prefab CheckIfGround?
On the CheckIfGround prefab! You do that, so your movement isnt buggy, and the hands aren‘t colliding with the CheckIfGround prefab!

for some reason after i imported the water shader my camera does not move in unity

Mhmhmh weird, Maybe you gotta convert the shader to URP (like you do with materials)

You can easily do it by adjusting the water shader

when ever i do the color filter it covers the whole map in blue
Go to your watervolume and change it to local

yo I followed everything, did everything correctly but when I try swim by swinging my arms it doesn't work, I just float around
