Добавлен 31 май 2020
Welcome to Mypanotes. This RUclips channel is dedicated to helping physician associates excel in their studies. I understand the importance of comprehensive preparation, especially when it comes to the Physician Associate National Exam (PANE). That's why I have created a platform that offers top-notch educational content tailored specifically for PANE revision.
I am to create a wide variety of videos and tutorials, covering all the key topics and concepts you need to know for the exam.
In addition, I aim to incorporated quizzes, practice questions, and helpful tips throughout my channel.
Most importantly, I hope to actively engage with you, create a supportive community, and provide a space where you can connect with fellow physician associates (if possible). I understand the challenges you face, and I hope to offer guidance, clarification, and the motivation you need to excel in your studies.

I love this❤❤❤
Why would you tell the patient your date of birth?
😂 lol I just noticed this!! I was too deep into this. Ignore just, ask the patient full name and DOB 😅 not yours
@@mypanotes aw ha don't worry it's funny 😂
Steven Johnson Syndrome is a life threatening skin reaction to certain medications although it's quite rare
True! But important to mention
Depends on location of headache. Could it be a tension headache like a bandlike pressure around the head or a cluster headache like a boring pain around in the eye socket or a migraine with aura where sensitivity to light and sound and nausea.
Yeah correct!
Rectal bleeding could point to intestinal or GI bleed, carcinoma in the stomach or haemmorhoids
Some medications like ACE Inhibitors and sartans can induce dizziness so have to be careful when standing up
Could swollen legs be linked to odema in the legs
For fungal infections could you use azoles like clotrimazole or miconazole applied several times a day and for 2 weeks after symptons disappear
Love it

Is it curable
Hi yes. With antibiotics. Your doctor can prescribe it for you. If your urine test positive for infection
@@mypanotes my urine test doesn't shows infection I did ultra sound so showed bladder wall thickening cystitis
@Samir Khan cystitis is curable yeah with antibiotics. Wall thickening? Maybe scaring of your bladder wall? But again I’m pretty sure it’s curable
@@SRK-kw9kj I see. Looks you have Interstitial cystitis which is a chronic condition. It might go away itself after a long period of time but you might need to speak to your doctor maybe you need referral to urologist
