Scenes that were cut from the show when it aired and left out of most distributions. I apologize if this is old news to most fans, but being a "younger" fan myself I had no idea that these existed until I heard tell of them on a forum discussion. It’s great to know most of not all of these scenes were put into their proper place for the remaster Blu Ray. Rewatched it a week ago and almost forgot some of these scenes were originally deleted

Some of those really need to be put back in. The scene at the beginning of episode 2 with Hitomi's mom. The dream sequence followed by Hitomi waking up and finding Merle sleeping on her taking up too much of the bed. damn, pretty much every cut scene with Merle
The version I downloaded was complete so I'd bet most people have the deleted scenes included, it just wasn't aired this way 25 years ago.
right? That little scene where she chats briefly with the crew member was so just, normal, almost wholesome? It’s so simple but it shows her in a light different from the caricature she’s made out to be at the beginning by Hitomi.

Assyrian Melka apologise for the late comment. But from what I have gathered about why Ocean wasn’t given the chance to redub the show. I believe at the time it was first dubbed ocean weren’t as expensive as they are now to dub an anime. So Funimation had to get their own in house. I have mixed views on this move.
@@nateadams9517 i think the ocean dub while missing a few scenes had more energy and better voice acting than the funimation dub

As a Christian I believe that when Jesus comes back and satin has been captured, after the thousand years of preparation God will release satin for one final battle, that of which we (the sons of God) will win and satin will be cast into hell forever. If you think about it we'll all technically be dead by then by our standards of death now, so in that battle, or war even, you could say that's the skeleton war.
