I realize that Sandra died in police custody much later, apparently suicide, however why can't people just keep quiet at the time and take the matter up later via a lawyer. I really don't get it, why keep running the mouth, and again, why not simply comply and do as she was asked from the beginning. It would have probably been a ticket which she could have appealed. Whilst not condoning this episode, she wasn't exactly an angel either. If you research how many times she committed traffic infractions and was caught driving without insurance, speeding etc, it makes me wonder if she did it deliberately to goad the police and prove a point of some sort. The police officer was an asshole anyway to be honest.

I’ve never commented on this incident before because I never took the time to watch any footage. After watching the full video of the traffic stop, there’s no way she should’ve even been asked to exit her vehicle. Let alone being placed under arrest. Yes, he gave her an order but it definitely was not a necessary order. The officer was clearly unhappy with her attitude, but it’s not against the law to be irritated by the police. He asked he a question and didn’t like the manner in which she responded. He doesn’t need to be in law enforcement. He seemed to take it personally. Very poor judgment. As far as her death, I can’t speak on that because I have yet to look into it myself as of this comment.
