Yes, there is a genetic basis to body types, and vast geographic distances usually separates gene pools to some extent. Yamamoto doesn't fit either. But besides that I think Comme is unflattering on people generally. The saleswomen at the shops just don't look good, the clothes are so fanciful and impractical they make them look like demented little girls.
