So many of the same basic mistakes seen in most Ghanaian house designs that are simply not well thought out. 1- The Pergola in the front yard didn't need a raised concrete slab it should've remained at grade level. 2- Kitchen sink is undersized, the cooktop shouldn't have been placed at the end of the counter, next to a door, the side door should be moved to where the window is and the window where the side door is. The island is turned the wrong way and it's too long, also it should be facing the livingroom. 3-The guest bathroom wash basin sits too low, it should be almost the same height as the kitchen counter. Ect...

For people in the diaspora, the biggest thing is trees and greens. Not much about aesthetics

Ghana is about time the government and asanteman come out with a plan to maximise the lands in the region for agricultural and processing or build it for tourism for the benefits of its people to create jobs. Don't sell it for personal gains. The area should be should be used agricultural or build for tourism. Is about each constituency creates is own economy to benefits its own people instead always waiting for the government.
