Is there a way to make the emissive light all dependent on the block/thing? All the lighting is the same from emissive things, like the blue and normal torch emit the same color for example

Hello I have a laptop with 2x16 ddr5 ram, 3070ti laptop GPU and I'm only running these settings at like 20 fps while it looks like other people with 2x worse specs are running at far more, can somebody help me out? (I haven't allocated any ram to Minecraft but I have in lunar and it doesn't do much.)
