    "Always follow The Way" sounds like David Goggins, who is an extreme example of the self-improvement movement or cult. Unrealistic for most people. He's fighting His demons. "Be brutally honest with yourself" sounds masochistic and nearly impossible without regular psychotherapy. We lie to ourselves as ego-defense until we are ready to face facts. Please be kind to yourself and take good care of yourself mentally, emotionally and physically. You're intelligent and understand that self-punishment is negative reinforcement. It helps to forgive yourself, laugh at yourself and accept your imperfection. You get A+ for persistence and effort. My comment is intended to be kind. I wish you well. Peace.

    Brother I can appreciate the hustle and keep going. But you have to work on range of motion. Your chest should be about 2-3 inches from the floor when you go down. You should be able to lay a board on your shoulders/back when you go down. You are much better off getting the range of motion down and say doing 10-15 perfect pushups than 50+ of incorrect ones. I was guilty of this for years. I would crack out 50-70 and later realized they were basically half pushups. Re worked form and range of motion and had to start back at like 15-20. Finally hit 50 of correct pushups. You can get there man but this won't net you the results you are seeking

    i don't want to be critical but you should aim to touch the tip of your nose to the floor whilst making sure your core and chest do no touch the ground. 25 of those is more effective then 65 of what you're doing.

    Hi multiversecurse, I think I left a comment on your video once maybe last year or sth. I admire how persistant and consistant you are with your routine. Your video just pops up once in a while in my YT homepage so I thought to check you out. One thing I' wondering is if whether or not have you tried incorperating any supplements or protein boosters in your diet. I saw that you workout quite a lot but seem to be the skinny type (me too buddy) and perhaps focusing on increasing your muscle mass with a high-protein diet would be better if you want to build muscles. Just my opinion of course and if your main goal is just to stay active and healthy, then hey, keep up with what you're doing!

    Your form isnt right. The elbows need to be facing back, close to the body. The back should be straighter and the chest lower.

    MVC (Magical Vibe Calculator): The Law of Equivalent Exchange doesn't necessarily Quantitatively equate one hour of each activity the same. It also can Qualitatively equate time spent on each activity by giving more weight to higher quality, higher priority activities and less weight to lower quality, lower priority activities. It's effectively a Law of Priority-Weighted Equivalent Exchange. Your original Task Log system is an ingenious device for reference as a guideline to remember and juggle all your activities but not as an absolute, inflexible dictator. The question is: "Who is the master?" The Task Log can't self-adjust for your variable moods and unpredictable situation from hour to hour, day to day. You are doing fine!

    MVC (Masked Virtuous Comrade): Table Tennis is an Olympic sport and your primary goal, not violin or Japanese language. Fitness Exercise serves Table Tennis. RUclips vlogging tracks and motivates your Fitness Exercise. Healthful Diet and Sound Sleep serve Fitness Exercise. Your baselines for different activities can be flexible as in cross-training and not do everything every day. Rest and Recovery days are beneficial for each activity. Persistence and Patience are more important that your somewhat arbitrary Task Log. If you take good care of yourself and maintain balance, all else will improve and serve your best interest. Self Improvement Programs can become cultist, robotic, slavish addictions. Peace. :-)
