Wow, this is amazing! Question: (assuming you have a media subteam), do you assign roles to your "helpers" because of their skill set, or do you have another method of delegation? And briefly, as a lead, what are your roles and responsibilities within this subteam? You guys are to look up to :)! Great work
Our team varies in size by year, but it's generally quite hard to delegate post-production tasks. For those, our best editor makes the cut that's uploaded but we provide footage to members to experiment and practice with. At events, we're limited only by how many cameras we can get - anyone who has a camera is encouraged to take photos and video, with the main cinematographer in charge of B-roll and main match footage angles.
