A question for you if you don't mind. I've been selling on Depop for a while now and even though I have something like 1000 items listed, I am really struggling to sell on there. I regularly churn the stock and try to keep it active. I don't think that I'm overpriced compared to others, but I can't seem to sell more than one or two items a week on there. Any hints tips, things that I could be doing wrong? Thanks a lot.

Fully agree with a lot you say! I would look at whatnot and tilt for sourcing and selling items quick but definitely prefer Depop and eBay. However, it feels like they say one thing and do the other. For instance they encourage sellers to list and that they’re supported but whenever there’s an issue I feel they side with the customer 9 times out of 10 wether they’re right or wrong 😑

100% on being fair but firm with demanding buyers. I've always stood my ground when these things happen and for the most part they've backed down when I've communicated some sense into them. Never let these people run rings around you, worried about unjust feedback etc; it's your business and you should have pride in it.

You mentioned you list on depop then crosslist to ebay and the main reason you do it is because its less info you hsve to fill out. That being said, once you crosslist to ebay, won't that listing be listed with incomplete info on ebay?

Completely agree about free returns, never understood it.

Great vid as usual. I'm uk based and i'm not getting free fees on the ebay business account for clothing. Also used boom wholesale twice with your codes and both times had issues, last order for 15 pairs of grade a branded jeans had 5 pairs of badly turned up jeans (cut off and glued or just folded leaving very evident marks in the dye were they were folded) and 1 pair of fake levis (rivets said USA style not LS & CO SF and were only stamped one side and no code on top button rear). Have you had many turn ups or fakes in grade A bales? 6 out of 15 pairs is a lot higher than 10%. UPDATE: They have apologised and sent a complimentary sack, fantastic!

I was the same as you. I started my t25 4years later I'm nearly there. I've learnt alot about T25, I was a air-cooled bus man before. Never would i go back after having heat in winter. I use mine as daily driver they don't like being sat around.

I appreciate you giving discount codes but the problem is that Boom is always out of stock and you have to pre-order. Mostly because you probably buy all of their stock. I am a reseller so I get it that you have found a great wholesaler and want to get all the stock for yourself. Just annoying when you give discount codes if nobody can use them properly.

Don't get me wrong, I love Boom...always some value in there sacks. I was a little disappointed when I ordered 2 lots of the accessories sacks. The stuff in them wasn't bad (should triple my money hopefully) but they put both lots in the same sack and charged me £40 shipping, when I weighed it, it was only 6.5kg...just feel a bit let down.
