A Taste of AZ is a media company focused on all things Arizona craft food and beverage. We highlight the stories of local chefs, farmers, and other producers that contribute to Arizona cuisine. We started A Taste of AZ because craft producers in Arizona rarely get the recognition they deserve. Now, you’ll be able to access interviews, articles, photos, and videos of the people who have shaped Arizona’s culinary landscape.

can I ask why you are not responding to emails, messages on Facebook? I put in for a subscription back in April and I have asked a couple of times when I will be receiving the magazaine. No response. I am going to contact my credit card company to cancel this subscription. I was totally into your podcasts, but I am extremely disappointed at the lack of response from you.
Laurie, sorry we missed your email. We just responded to it. As it states on our magazine product page “if you purchase a subscription less than 2 weeks before the first day of the quarter (January, April, July, or October are when magazines are delivered), you may receive your first magazine the following quarter. Meaning if you order a subscription on June 26th you will receive your magazine starting in October.“

This was an outstanding podcast. My husband and I enjoy Tarbell's so much. We eat out often and Tarbell's is our favorite Phoenix restaurant. We attend the C-CAP every fall and it is so fun to see the students enthusiasm in the culinary world. I have learned so many new things about Mark. He truly is a fascinating man. We love Plate & Pour and Check Please... which is how we discovered Tarbell's after moving here looking for great restaurants.
