I've struggled with FND since sophomore year of high school, possibly since third grade because I had functional seizures almost everyday in third and fourth grade. I'm 19 now. I have plenty of reasons why I want to get better. I have been medicated, I've tried CBD oil, I've done therapy, I've been to five neurologists, I've seen countless doctors, and no matter what it doesn't stop. I know I have PTSD and I've had traumatic incidents since being diagnosed with FND, but I still can't figure out why I'm getting better.

Great video! hanks so much. My 16yo was diagnosed w FND 2 months ago and while she has been complaining of some pain related to scoliosis for a couple of years, that pain has become chronic now. The scoliosis curve has been reduced through non-invasive means but her experience of chronic pain continues. She's got some hard work ahead of her, as does the rest of the family. Thanks again

Still feel like shit evey day.just not as bad as when I first got it but I do still have to live with it 2 years later and its likely I'll live with it forever since I'm not getting any better

FND is a easy diagnosis for doctors I have seen 3 consultants within 3 minutes they said FND nothing we can do without letting you tell them my symptoms a utter disgrace

40 years old i developed FND after surgery for spinal issues. It has been 7 years of unimaginable pain and loss of motor function. Thank you for this video and connecting FND and EDS. We went years trying to figure out what was going on with my child. She just turned 13. She LOVES dancing and gymnastics and would aways contort her body. But as she got older she started to get a lot of pain all over her body. She has been diagnosed with FND, Dystonia, Non epileptic seizures ,HEDS, AMPS, Migraines,POTS,ADHD, anxiety disorder,mood disorder,anemia, Gerd, Oral allergies, seasonal allergies, eczema, learning disabilities,asthma, borderline diabetic and is in the process of getting tested for EOS. She had some trauma with Covid and going back to school and separation anxiety. She said she only felt safe with her family at home. She is in chronic pain and fatigue, she was hospitalized for a month for rehabilitation at a children’s hospital. She gets CBT therapy for two hours once a week and physical therapy 3 times a week. This has been a roller coaster of test after test missing a lot of school. I hate seeing her in pain. Some days are better than others. I finally got her an appointment for an FND Clinic. But it’s been rough for her and our family. Thank you for putting out this information. I do my best researching and educating myself to get my daughter the help she needs. She has a great support system and I’m very thankful for that.

Very nice videos but your channel videos need a lot of work then your channel views subscribers will increase a lot

This is very interesting. Can they do other activities of any kind to entertain themselves while doing the breathing, or does that interfere with the purpose? It seems hard for a teen to just focus on breathing for 20 minutes at a time, even working up to it slowly?

You made it sound like those were three magic solutions. For some people, they lessen the symptoms but don't cure anything.
