In reality ax92u is not full Wi-Fi6, if you use wireless AIMESH Wi-Fi 6 is the dedicated backhaul. So your devices will just use Wi-Fi 5.

Does it means that the RT-AX92U is slower than RT-AX86U. Shoudn't they preform the same more less?
yes, you can check the data rate and compare the two model. specially if you use wireless AIMESH, Wi-Fi6 will be use as dedicate backhaul, Wi-Fi 5 for your connection.

Bro, nowadays Singtel can convert all your port to BRIDGE mode, just give them a call. Just request to convert one of your port to bridge. Then I can guide you via WEBEX. Do you have Singtel TV or just Fiber? I can send you a screenshot of what you need to set once Singtel converted your port to BRIDGE mode. Thank you and stay safe.

Asus suggested 5 nodes for WIFI nodes including the router for best performance of the system. But if all your nodes are using ethernet backhaul, the number can be more.
