From usa. Go to Fremont CA and see what a deal this is! I think some comments may not be aware of market prices. Maybe $ 600k US in some cities in Virginia. I liked the house! It was upscale from our point of view. Nice little touches and features found in higher priced homes here. I didn't like the fireplace wall. This is a big house. A house just sold in Fremont about 1800 sq feet for 2.9 million US and it was built in 70s and a fixer upper. I had heard homes were up there more expensive. I guess with Exchange rate we would come out good. .

Potential buyers are new immigrants, 1 million of them are coming to Canada every year, and they’re locked up their lives themselves in Canada for another 25-30 yrs just simply by paying bills😅.
