Epic junk for grado replacement. Does not work, has a giant sound degradation.

for anyone watching this for focal elex, the screws/metal bits that go inside the headphone are too thick in this kit to fit the holes, far too thick to dremel the actual shell of the elex so I stole the pins from my original elex headband that was holding the speaker shells onto the headband, you just gotta wiggle them around a bit and they'll come out then I dremeled the heads until they fit snugly in the slots of this new headband and just put it back together as if it was the original elex headband.

This is about the most useless video ever. No indication of who makes them or where to buy them. What is the f__king POINT?

I love how the headband just slowly falls off LOL. That happens to mine too since I swapped out the SR80e headband for a sheepskin one, and the metals and plastics seem to get damaged.

Lol not showing the only important part which is how to modify the headphone to let the headband fit...

For the GW100 the foam pads are not necessary, the earpads fit on directly on the headset for both the Queen and King Size. The King size is a bit too big for the headband, and gets squeezed too much.

Don't get these earpads. The double-faced tape doesn't permanently adhered to the earpads and it will fall off in a day or two.
