Very nice! Love it!😊❤
Thanks for letting me know, Elise! <3
How adorable. Thank you for showing me some thing new.
You're so welcome, Pam! I'm glad you liked it. <3
That bullet bobbin is just like what my mum's old Singer sewing machine used. It was very different. Never liked that machine much.
Thanks for letting me know, Susan - I think I might know the machine it's from now...though who has it, I'm unsure.
Thank you for sharing. Happy crafting. ❤
Thank you, Linda! You too! <3
Wow Benita all those hand stitched bits are just so lovely … I do wish I could do beautiful tiny stitches like yours … I reckon I need to do a bit more practice …. Get that needle working as much as my brain does on all these patterns😊 … you have always inspired me though … I truly love all your work … ❤
Thank you Bobbie - I'm glad to hear you're still enjoying my projects! (((big hugs))) & happy stitching... <3
Your work is so lovely
Thank you, Brenda! <3
How did you make the bits with the cloth and stitching? I reallly love the look of them and would love to make some c
I'll be sharing how, as I do with most of the elements I've made, on the progress pages of the 'Bits & Bobs' section - in the Schoolhouse of my website. <3
I’ve tried to find the schoolhouse section several times and couldn’t. Can you post a link to the video that deals with these lovely baubles? Thanks.
@@aggiemitchkoski…. I just checked that link .. and it does work .. yay … but I found I had to leave RUclips, ok .. then I just chose my default browser … as easy as that .. excellent, I just learned something new 🤗
Thank you for sharing this great idea.
Thanks for letting me know you like it, Linda! <3
Thanks for the tutorial, cute little roses. Happy stitching. ❤
You are so welcome, Linda - I'm glad you liked it! <3

Adorable project.
Thanks, Linda! <3
Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching! <3
Thank you! That was really helpful. And I like that it is quilting it at the same time.😊
You are so welcome - I'm glad it was helpful! <3
Wonderful work, B! ✨💖🙌🏼
Thank you!! <3
That's a great technique. I recently tried foundation paper piecing and really needed tissue paper. I could see how much easier you were able to tear the paper. And it leaves such a clear pattern for embroidery. Brilliant!
Thank you! If it works for the foundation pieces you're making, old telephone pages are also nicely thin, for tearing.
You have such lovely fabric. Thank you for sharing this idea.❤
Glad you like it! <3
Wow, that's a whole lot of info and new tips I didn't know before! Thanks.
Glad it was helpful, Sharon! <3
Darling!
Aww - thanks, Machelle! <3
Thank you for sharing this wonderful tutorial.
You are so welcome, Linda - thanks for letting me know how much you enjoyed it! <3

I love the dress! Such great ideas.😊
Thank you!! 😊
Thanks for sharing ❤
Thanks for watching, Linda! <3
Super ideas! Thanks!
Glad you like them!
Thank you for finding a truly useful idea for our antique spools. The tiny strip of padding under the decorative ribbon is brilliant! 🧵😍🧵
Thank you, Maurie - I'm so glad you like it! I hope you'll send me a picture of yours, when you make it. Benita <3
Hey there, I couldn’t figure out for the life of me what was: an anchor cloth?😝 I’ve heard of leaders and enders- same principle(scraps or blocks cut to size). Soooo, ya learn something new everyday! ❤️😀
Thanks Rachel! I'm glad I could add to your sewing vocabulary. :) <3
😍👍👏👏
Thank You! <3
I am very excited about making this. Great idea!!
Thank you, Pam! I hope you'll send me a picture of yours, when you make it. Happy Stitching... Benita <3
I agree with everything you said here. I start with a focal fabric, build my palate from that. I don't mix pure white tints with off white background. What I did find interesting is that you consciously mix stripes and dots and flowers for interest. I think I do that, but not because I try to. I will be more aware of that from now on. Thanks for a great video.
Thanks, Bonnie - I'm glad you enjoyed it! <3
A lovely little project and great tips. The yo-yo makers that come with a plastic template can make the yo-yo making process really quick, but the hand method works too. Cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡
Thanks for your comment, Christine! <3 With the 'stab stitching' you have to use to make yo-yos with the plastic maker, as opposed to the running stitch the cardboard method uses, I don't find them quicker. Plus the cost of buying the yo-yo makers, which then you're limited to the size(s) you buy, I personally prefer using repurposed cardboard.
Fabulous! You offer a very clear way to choose & combine colours. Thank you so much 🤩
So glad you found it useful, Elizabeth - thanks for letting me know! <3
Hi from England! I’m not from the county of Suffolk, but from further north in the county of Lancashire, but I love Suffolk puffs and really like your four patch version. I like to make them whilst watching TV, in the evenings and find it really relaxing. Thanks for reminding me of these versatile little cuties! 😊
Hi Anne-Marie! Thanks for letting me know - they are fun to make & use. Benita <3
I really appreciate these tutorials on applique basics since I've always been very uncomfortable doing even just a little applique.
Thanks, Betty - I hope they're helpful, so you can enjoy this relaxing way to make quilts! <3
That is very tedious work! But I love the look!
It's all very relaxing - and 'sew' worth the effort, in the end. :) <3
I make those and potato chip blocks
How fun! <3
Hi brenda from mount scrap more sent me love your video s
Thanks for letting me know & for watching, Julie! <3
I can't wait to see the final piece 😁
Me, too - Hoping my idea works out! lol <3
This is inspiring. I've made 4 patches with anchor cloths, but never thought to put them together as a quilt. Thank you!
You're welcome, Elizabeth. Happy Stitching!! Benita <3
Heard about your channel from Brenda at Conquering Mount Scrapmore. Love that this method also saves thread.
Thanks for letting me know & watching my latest video! I've gone and thanked Brenda for that. <3
