That's messed up. Try living in LA nowadays. Buses are always late and supercrowded and no one likes to catch the next bus because they act like they'll just if they have to wait 5 or ten minutes or more. I can't wait until early 2014 when I leave LA forever. Fuck this town and these robotic people out here.
yep rtd buses in long beach had the hood peeps from south central on the buses lol we use to get off on willow . actually rtd couldnt dropp people off south of willow and they couldnt pick up people south of willow...lbt didnt like rtd at all
I miss the RTD Days. Unlike today ( Metro ), the RTD had buses going all over the place. The 484 used to go all the way to Ontario Airport...The 470 and the 490 used to go to Brea Mall...the 266 used to go to by Cal State LB. Heck, u use to be able to hop on an express bus ( the 424, 425, or 427 ) from Downtown to Canoga Park...Brings back fond memories of those brown, yellow, blue shirts...and all the good ole diesels they had at the time.

they used to call the RTD RUFF TUFF AND DANGEROUS LOL! in compton anyways! but i we use to take the RTD from long beach to downtown LA to LAcresenta!

I used to take the #71 freeway flyer from Wilmington to the RTD lower level station on Los Angeles St at 6th in the early 70's.
Thiz must be tha throwbacks of the mta buses,but good flashbacks.
