Yeah, they're extremely uncommon to encounter. On occasions, they have shiny events, but they either don't last long enough or it requires luck to get them.

Hey man I know you probably don’t care but as a viewer of RUclips I can speak for all of us when we say that we hate voiceless vids majority of the time I’ll just click off of a vid in favor of a vid where there is someone talking not only could it provide background noise but it’s much more engaging
