2:02:51 Poison can take years to off someone, and doctors might never know what’s wrong with someone, even when they’re poisoned. But obviously the medical reasoning in this game already requires a suspension of disbelief. So I wouldn’t look to that for the timeline lol. I’m confused about how people view time and travel. With modern transportation, you can be in one place one day and on a different continent the next. You can even do things in each place on the days you are there. Even if it took several days for Toby to get to this allegedly remote village, I don’t remember them saying the meeting was the night before. I assume that’s also why Marcus is in LA, which is further from the UK than “East Africa.” I just see this type of reasoning all the time even in fictional settings, which is hard for me to understand. They don’t think a character could travel from one place to another. Maybe because in fiction, people don’t believe it unless it’s spelled out or shown? Maybe in real life, where people often have the same misconception, it’s because traveling that far and long is hard to imagine because it can be quite exhausting. And moving between very different cultures and nations can also also be jarring to think about.
Before you start Part 3 there's a novel you can find online that functions as a prelude. Despite the cat puzzle and the janky graphics, it's genuinely one of the best 'actually use your brain' detective games. If you like crosswords. Good luck
I'm so glad to know I'm not the only person who loves The Year Without A Santa Claus as a full-grown adult!

It would be cool if u guys played URU a myst experience.
I recommend someday to do Sherlock Holmes & The Case of the Rose Tattoo: Story = Strongest characters imo Jokes/content = funny voice acting & 90's live action footage oddities Atmosphere = best imagery imo Difficulty = no puzzles but the right 'things' have to be used Over 50 different locations around London including spending time with Mycroft, bugging MI6 officials with literal dancing monkeys in a park; and watching Watson repeatedly kick an unarmed man in the face to keep him trapped in a thermal bath.
I just watched the end. GOOD KITTY! 😀
4:40:43 Love this game, but I agree that the discovery and use of the name "Darkhand" in the dinner party scenario is a little strange. I can understand the usage of the aphorism emotions in the earlier case since the physical compilation of aphorisms was a part of the case (Peter was upset to receive them, and the word "upset" just happened to be in the aphorism book so the player could collect it). In the dinner party case, it's just strangely convenient that Pip happened to have a Monkeyman comic with a character named "Darkhand" of all things. The Monkeyman comic is mostly just an in-world joke thing, but has a crucial "name" to solve the scroll, despite the comic itself being almost completely irrelevant to the case besides being a tell that that room belongs to Little Pip. I guess they had to give the player "Darkhand" without being too obvious about it. They also let you collect "Monkeyman", which is probably to bait the player into disregarding Darkhand entirely as a joke name, but in the end the whole thing feels a bit odd.
I hope you get to play new Sherlock again someday. Love your gameplay of this series and it's the only part you haven't played on the channel
You two are the best quest let's players in existence, at list in my book. I grew up on this series
I wonder if you'll play the upcoming remake? I really enjoyed your duet
Curiously, i saw Volodymyr Yezhov in the cast. I didn't know he was involved. It is the stalker developer. He died in the war recently...
A tragedy that the stream I miss becomes a Nancy game. I look forward to seeing y'all beat it!
She talks over crucial parts waaaay too much...
have you guys tried the dagger of amon ra game with laura bow? she has hilariously southern voice acting and plenty of murder mystery
