I really want and need some answers to these questions that I'm about to ask you. I grew up with what you have said, and I hear this all the time in my culture and family life. And what you are saying is true, but only to a certain extent. What you are saying is very strong and powerful talk and good advice. But it is also highly dangerous. How should people cope and approach this advice from a trauma, abuse, and mental health standpoint? When people are experiencing serious emotional, mental, spiritual, and psychological problems, hurt, anger, pain, bitterstress, stress, and struggles and many may even feel suicidal. What can they do, and who can they speak to? In the physical world. It's not just always about faith and spirituality. I'm a highly spiritual person, and God is my protection and strength. I always go to God in prayer. And I also know what trauma, hurt and pain can do to someone both personally and professional as a counselor therapist and Social Worker. And it's no game or just talk. These are literally life and death situations..
