I like your voice it's pleasant to listen to. I'm a mature woman myself. Listening to you is a nice change - there are mostly young women on youtube. I can very much relate to your issue. I developed a shopping addiction during covid lockdown (mostly clothes, shoes and books) It has has to stop. I think I need a specific goal to save up for. I want to do a no buy year starting now. Speaking of decluttering, I read a tip on the internet - set yourself a deadline by pretending you are going to move on a set date. I predent that I'm going to move to Hawaii on 31st Oct. I chose Hawaii because I've always wated to go there. I cannot take much because shipping is so expensive. I circled the date in my calendar and and put a Hawaii pic with the date as a screensaver on my phone as a reminder. I challenge myself to have decluttered as much as possible until that day. Regarding equipment for recording the video - don't worry, as long as I can see you it's fine.The only issue is that can only see your upper half of your face at the beginning of the video. Perhaps you can change that??.I'm looking forward to new content from you !

Good review. Looks easy to clean than most ovens are like ninja and Breville which can hardly clean. The costs is the main issue but if easier to clean maybe worth it.

I'm not sure how you got one with the "keep warm" button. That seems to have been replaced by a "one slice" button. UPDATE: I just called Wolf, and the latest model has indeed replaced those buttons. "Keep warm" is no longer an option.

I just bought one from Amazon, and it was nearly $100 cheaper than the price on other sites like Macy’s.

I bought this toaster for my wife, and she loves it. I didn’t tell her how much it cost. For those who bellyache about its price, there are flea markets and, of course, Walmart.

I've had mine for about 2 years and I've never used it because IT'S SO DAMN PRETTY.

I’ve had this toaster for several years. I bought it because it looked great in a new kitchen. Unfortunately it’s the worst toaster I’ve ever had. It toasts slowly, poorly, unevenly, … I’m moving it to storage and replacing it with another appliance … if you want results, you will be most disappointed … but it does look good as a static display.

I ordered it and used it for the first time to bake a dozen veggie pizza. I’m trying to learn the features with Simple it’s first before going all out . My first mistake was preheating the the oven while I had the frozen pizza in. But I used it to my advantage as a way of baking it. Next time I will preheat before putting my meals in. What I can’t figure out is the timer . Before , during and even after my timer in bake mode was reading 4min only as the max timer . I can’t figure out how to set the timer higher like 10 min for the pizza . The other thing is the side rack tray holders . I can’t seem to get the side racks in the back slots . Maybe I confusing what I thought is 4min is probably actually 4 hours .

Is there enough clearance on each rack for a baking cake layer? Looking at this oven but not being able to bake 2 layers at a time is a deal breaker and it's REALLY hard to tell from the appliance info and online reviews.

Finding this in 2023, I looked at best buy Canada and it is a thousand bucks. One would think this model would have gone down in price. Seems like a lot of money for such a small convection fan in a side. The build quality looks good. A good overview and review.

Looks SOOO similar to the Breville oven. Maybe they are licensing the technology from Breville and added some gimmicks.

Great video. Excellent information. Well done. Your video helped me to make a final decision. I just purchased it. Waiting for it to be delivered. There was special limited pricing of $599.99 sale price with William Sonoma. Regular price was $749.99. It was a hard decision. I was deciding between the Breville Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro which is $499.95 and the Wolf Gourmet. I think both ovens are great but with the price drop and the integrated thermometer it made my decision easier. The Breville seems to have more functions tho. Thanks for the video.

Over $400 and it does not toast evenly. Does not seem like a good toaster to me. There are better toasters on the market as a fraction of the cost. Thank you for the review. Great work.

Would you choose the wolf over the breville?

My mom had this and the four slice toaster from wolf. Both stopped working and couldn’t be repaired after the warranty was up. Worked ok before that but not worth what they cost at all.

I watched a lot of revirws before I bought mine. And all I heard about the next was problems. Not huge problems but bothersome problems. And I thought if I’m going to spend this amount of money on this, I think I would want the plus. And Costco had a deal on it. Where you get the machine, the frother, the starter pack of pods, 30 additional pods, plus a $40 off coupon on your first order.

All that money on this oven and no quartz heating elements... To me its too much like a Breville which is cheaper and has quartz heating.

My timer only goes to/ shows 4:00 is that 4 minutes or 4 hrs? I’m confused about it.

This is the newer version that has interior light and removable side rack rails. easier to clean. It also has the bagel/toast function as well instead of the just toast function.

Can the knobs be pulled off? I ordered the Wolf Coffee System with the stainless knobs. If I find I'd rather have the red knobs I was just wondering if I could pull the knobs off and switch it out. I know Wolf is known for their red knobs, just not sure if I wanted that color in my kitchen. One more question....what temperature do you do for a chicken breast? Sorry I have one more question......since it's a convention oven, do you lessen the time for cooking? If so how much do you decrease the time? Thanks! Love your video, very informative!

great review. just got one and can't wait to test it out. just a little tip regarding the foil. apparently you are not supposed to do this in wolf or any other oven as it changes the correct temperature when you cook and can damage parts. this is as per Wolf manufacturer. just fyi. love all the info

Hey! 6:37 Care / Owners - page 5: “Do not cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven”The older models that Wolf was phasing out - does not have interior halogen light. Is not “Elite” series. And prob on sale for around 599 (be suspicious if you see 599 for advertised “Elite” version and see only one oven rack/no interior light button on bottom right , no bagel option. Amazing that you paid 599! You lucked out!! The department store near me is confusing the older model with newer and advertising the old model as Elite for 599. I don’t think the store personnel realizes they can lose big on this distinction oversight.

I read you need to put 4” buffer room around it on countertop. But looks like you don’t suffer for not doing that so this looks pretty convenient for my teeny galley kitchen
