It some cases, there have been damages due to rough handling. Since this is railways, it is mostly out of our control. As a preventive measure, you could stay vigilant and monitor during the parceling process. Sufficient packaging should be enough for most cases. However, even if it got damaged it will not be covered under insurance. It’s about taking a risk.
