Yeah. St Anger has a riff that's almost similar to Sweet Amber. Hate Train has a similar riff to fuel. The bassline of Whiplash has a very small part that's similar to Blackened. Plus the intro of Chasing Light reminds me of the part of the intro right before the main riff in The Judas Kiss. The Main Riff from Too Far Gone sounds like the Main Riff from No Remorse. Lux Aeterna sounds simalar to Hit The Lights Stuff from Hardwired and Seasons were probably references to older music. Plus there are song connections with words, such as Inamorata and My Friend Of Misery sharing the same line: "Misery loves company." (Plus both are very releated and have a simaliar lyrical theme.) Along with Enter Sandman and King Nothing. Both have the same line: "Off to never never land." (The Unforgivens don't count because they were made to sound like previous Unforgiven both lyriclly and musically.) Then there are songs connected by one song singing the title of the older song, such as Room Of Mirriors which says "naked,*BROKEN BEAT AND SCARED!!*" James even sings it similar to the song. In The Memory Remains James says "Fade To Black" multiple times. Then St anger says My World 3 times, and Hit The Lights 6 times. The Unammed Feeling also says My world. Theres a lot of songs that say One Btw Where The Wild Things says One, and Escape as well. The latter of which came before Justice. One was probably not intentional because the title is just One word. (Pun Not Intended) Theres a lot of references to other songs all musically and lyrically which is so interesting to me, because it shows these hidden connections between songs. Anyways yeah, Metallica reuses and recycles their songs.
