Do you understand that if Allah Decrees a thing impermissible, that there will be consequences for the one who follows desires and engages in that impermissible act after the Truth has come to him and dies without repenting for his sins? This is Islam, we do not worship our saints nor do we worship scholars because if that was the case we will be taking fatawa from the Shia scholar. So, I reject the premise of your question. Because it was asked in bad faith. In Islam, the age and scholarship are not the criterion for determining the truth. Saveguarding the truth is what makes this ummah the best ummah.

They have just allowed alcohol officially in the country, of course only the kuffar are allowed to drink it. Now, there are movie theaters in Madinah, Pro boxing matches in Riyad, clubs etc. Women and men are now attending soccer matches together. Alcohol and drug abuse is at all-time high. I lived in Saudi Arabia in 2000, and Saudia Arabia then as compared to now is like night and day, in terms of religion. The Crown Prince is destroying the country. If history is any indication then it's only going to get worse. I stand by what I said. My enmity? I have no enmity for Saudi, quite the contrary. During the time of the first three generations the rulers were scholars. There was no distinction made. Fear Allah not the creation. And by the way, he, may Allah preserve him, did not produce one Ayat, or Hadith to support what he said in reference to Politics and Religion. @@AsimKhan-el8lg if it is continuous and won’t stop this is called Salas Al-Bowl so you perform Wudu for each prayer when you are about to pray and pray even if it continues to leave your body, because it is out of your control. However, if it is the case that it is not continuous then wait for it to stop, clean yourself then perform wudu.

​@@ahlual-thikircan we clean ourselves with toilet paper or we must use water? Please help on this, as in UK in work places we don't have access to water inside WC and we pray at work too. We can do wudu in sink, but don't have water facilities inside toilets, but paper is there.

@@carbonlodi1527 The Sheikh already explained that some people are born with a natural ability to memorize things quickly while others are born with a weak memory. If you have a weak memory then you have to work harder to keep what you have memorized, while others don’t. May Allah bless you.

@@Alexander-Abood12 و عليكم سلام The scholars say that one should aid his Muslim brother with anything he is able to aid with. So that may include what you have mentioned above. Or it could be by sending wealth, food, water or medical aid. It depends on a persons ability.

@@ahlual-thikir Because I heard one time from some of RUclips videos(I don’t remember which one) has said that the belief that a Muslim should be assisted is from the belief of Khawarij ‘cause Jihad is two types Defensive and Offensive. I mean that the believe that Jihad is obligatory for all Muslims to Palestine is from Khawarij. I asked this in hope that I might have gotten this wrong.

@@Alexander-Abood12 the scholars say that jihad is a communal obligation meaning fard kifayah. Which means if some of the Muslims establish jihad there is no obligation upon the others to take part. So jihad is obligatory on certain individuals: 1. The person who is present at the battlefield. This person must take part and cannot refuse and cannot flee. 2 if the ruler calls the citizens to sign up for jihad. They must sign up to fight. 3. Or if the enmity attacks a person’s land they must all defend their land from the invading enemy. These are the situation when jihad is an obligation. And it is not an obligation upon every Muslim in every land across the world to take part in jihad. But if a person desire to assist his brothers with his wealth, or physical ability there is no harm is this is he is able to do so. But all of this must be done under the leadership of the ruler. And not by gathering a group of renegades who go around spreading chaos in the lands by killing innocent people and civilians, be they Muslims or non believers.

Nabeeth is fermented grape juice, but it can made from other fruits. It is considered one of the oldest forms or alcoholic beverages. As for your question is it permissible or not. Then if it causes a person to become intoxicated, then it is without doubt impermissible, and if is does not then it is permissible. So the issue of permissibility or impermissibility depends on whether it intoxicates or not.

Barak Allah feek. Just because one scholar makes a narration weak that does not mean all the other scholars necessarily agree with him on that. But let’s he that it is the case and the narration is weak. There are other evidences that support the opinion that one can pray more that 13 rakat. 1. The Prophet said: “Whoever stand in prayer in Ramadan out of Imaan and seeking the reward with Allah will have his sins forgiven.” In this narration the Prophet did not limit it to 13 rakat. 2. The Prophet also said: “Whoever stands in prayer until the imaan leaves will have have the reward of praying the whole night.” The scholars says this is referring to Tarawih or the night prayer, such as sheikh Bin Baz and others, as there is another narration the says: “Whoever prays isha with the Imam.” So the first narration is specific to tarawih and the night prayer during Ramadan. The Prophet did not mention any limit to the number one can pray in this narration. 3. The Prophet said: “Whoever stands in prayer in Laylatu Qader out of imaan and seeking the reward with Allah will have his sins forgiven.” Once again the Prophet did not make any restriction on the number. 4. When the Prophet was asked how to pray the night prayer he said: “In units of two.” And he did not mention any restriction. 5. The Prophet said: “Whoever from you leads the people in prayer then let lighten the prayer. For indeed there are the old, the sick and those who have things to take care of amongst you. However, if you pray on you own then pray as much as you wish.” He did not say and pray only 13 rakat. That’s 5 hadeeth where there is no restriction or limit on the number of rakat one can pray. Now I ask you in the Name of Allah to bring 1 hadeeth that says it is restricted or limited to 13 or 11 or any other number if you are truthful.

Some scholars say your wudu is still valid if you remove your sock while you still have wudu. But it is safer to make wudu again if you remove your socks because there is a difference of opinion is this matter. And Allah knows best.
