You can see my build and level at the end of the video. Radagon Soreseal has +5 to Str and Dex. With Millicent Prosthesis you have +5 to Dex. Bloodhounds Fang has 18 Str and 17 Dex prerequisites. You are okay with Dex with those talismans. But you have 15 Strength. So you keep the weapon two handed to be able to handle the weapon.

It is a great question. Bloodhound’s Fang has 18 Strength and 17 Dexterity prerequisite. Radagon’s Soreseal only gives 5 of each. So you only have 15 Dexterity. With Millicent Prosthesis you get the extra Dexterity and also the successive attacks. Strength 15 is fine because you can keep the weapon two-handed. So in general it is a struggle to be able to lift Bloodhounds Fang.
