Hi Mario thanks for video questions: increased light to 14 hours will make them go to breeding conditions so how to avoid it? What you do with broken tails...? Thanks
@@TheKianoosh hello and thank you for watching. What do you mean “increase the light to 14 hrs? At this time I only leave the birds in natural light so that they can molt completely. A broken tail is a broken tail, there is nothing much you can do. What you can do is avoid it while the young jump out of their nests by partitioning them from the hen.
@@GlosterCity at 45 second of video you mentioned you increase the light to 14 hours to match the show hall ....I think the birds start breeding with 14 hours lights
@@TheKianoosh yes this can happen but you must remember that the environment and the UV daylight hours are two major factors that trigger the real breeding condition. 👍

One of mine corona fml lost all the feathers behind her head (under the crest). In that particular place it looks bald😢. I don’t understand what is happening. Pls suggest.
@@mentalbirds5188 at this time of the year they all start to molt. Your is probably going through a hard molt.

That is a very open question. I suggest that you buy a book about canary keeping. 👍👍

How long would this last in the fridge?
It can serve up to days. But it is suggested that an exact mix is made to last for two servings, one in the morning “fresh” and one in the afternoon. Hope this helps.

This is for the breeding season. Its a mix for the youngsters... Its to servings, one in the morning and the other in the evening. The second serving (evening) should be put in the fridge.
@@mariozahra1604 Mario what is the volume of hot water added to the couscous? Can you use dried egg food instead of Cede? Is the consistency of the final mix to be moist to dry (not wet!)
