Grease Mixing With Lubrication Oil
There was lot of confusion with our new customers who purchase grease pump and complain that the grease is not coming out. When we go in the process of finding out the main fault is that they have not mixed oil within the grease.
Please note that please mix oil 1 litre for 5 kg of grease. If you use high grade grease which costs more then 400/- Rs. then there is some liquidity in it and helps you to grease without mixing of oil.

Our customer returned the pump as "NOT WORKING", so we decided to test it as any pump. The oil will separate from the grease when the grease and oil heat up then cools back down.. the grease will become less viscous the hotter it gets and the more its worked. Over time as the grease heat cycles, even with no added oil the grease will become oily and itself separate into the oils its made from. This is why you need to only add grease to fittings because the grease will stay inside and lubricate but the oils its made from will eventually separate and get lost through seals and things turning into black nastyness..

Which oil we can mix in grease.because we are mixing diesel in grease.may i know which oil mix in grease.......
Please mix LUBRICATION OIL for this purpose. 5:1 ratio. It will give the vehicle longer driving KM then it gets from diesel mixed grease.
