Why Adelaide? Because there are some people who love shit roads, shit drivers, shit paranoid people, shit food, extremely high utility costs, no year round events, being bored, no trees, no water in summer, no common sense.. Nobody keeps to the left on footpaths or in shopping centres. Extremely high food prices. $14 for a hamburger and chips $17 for a kebab $20 for a pizza Fuck, its much cheaper in Melbourne. Adelaide electricity bills are around $360 In Melbourne its only around $140 Gas bills in Adelaide around $220, Only $110 in Melbourne Water in Adelaide $60-110, only $30 in Melbourne. Rental properties are average $360 in Adelaide, Only around $340 in Melbourne. Anyone who wants quality of life and good living stsndards should avoid Adelaide or they are stupid ignorant fools.

Been here since I was 13 years-old. Originally came from a small town outside of Manchester in the UK. It's day and night here in Adelaide compared to where I was born and raised back in those days. Whilst there are times where I can get shitty on Adelaide myself at times during the winter, I don't think I'll be moving out of this state anytime soon. It's to clean and peaceful to pass this place up compared to anywhere in the Eastcoast that I've visited on past holidays.
Melbourne is the best city to live in Australia followed by Perth. Its been that way since the 1850s and that will never change. I feel sorry for you that you're paying extreme amounts for utilities, food and rental prooerties. I lived in Adelaide for several years, its miles and miles behind Melbourne for good lifestyle.

Everytime I called 131444 or 000 they take an eternity to take the call and most of the time don't have any patrols to go to any incidents. If you get attacked or somebody commits a traffic offence at your expense in Adelaide, don't call the Police coz they won't help you. Great safe place to live adelaide? Not!

Exactly. I am from Melbourne and miss the best lifestyle in Australia. Adelaide is very expensive for renting, food, electricity, water, gas and the people are rude and paranoid.
