My channel is loaded with free full length workout videos and workouts you can do from home or the gym. No fancy equipment, no gym memberships required if you don't want to. Great workout, Alison Roessler Campbell Fitness. Looking forward to your next upload! I hit the thumbs up icon on your video. Keep up the awesome work! The modifications you provided for each exercise were very helpful. How do you recommend adjusting intensity for different fitness levels during a Tabata session?
Because Tabata is all about you pushing yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds you can adjust the intensity at which you push yourself. Beginners can do slower repetitions during the 20 second work intervals. While there isn’t much break time worked into Tabata, you can also extend the break time if you need it as well. Glad you enjoyed the workout! Keep up the great work! I hope you are able to try more of my workouts and please don’t hesitate to reach out if I can be of any help or there is a type of workout you would like to see!

Hi Coach Alison ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 1 lb dumbbell weights but could not last even 8 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full session using 15 lbs dumbbells! Her biceps are thick and powerful like yours and she has massive strength and stamina power! I feel really low and defeated.
All levels are welcome. It is best for you to go at your own pace and to keep coming back and trying a little more. Don’t give up. In time it will get easier and you will get stronger. We all start somewhere. Proud of you for doing as much as your did!

How long did the exericses help with your plantar fascitis?
@@Speedster_214 I have been able to prevent plantar fasciitis ever since I started doing them. It has never come back. I don’t always do all of the exercises but I regularly roll my feet, stretch the calves, and work on toe strength.
This was such a good quick workout. Your conversation made it go by really fast. It really kept me from focusing on how much I hate working out at 530 in the morning! Thank you!

You are absolutely correct! People need to be diligent about washing hands
I disagree. Sleeping is not 100 percent in your control. You cannot force yourself to go to sleep. There are illness's and other issues that can interfere with a person's sleep pattern. I would say not eating excessive amounts of sugar would be more controllable for the average person. Sleep issues are common and not always controllable.
Eat less food do more exercise
