I discovered a nest with two eggs on my balcony, and a day later, there were two nestings. (Learned that that is what they're called from your video). That was a month ago. They flew away today. Then, a couple hours later, only one baby returned and was crying with one of it's parents. It's getting dark, and he or she is still here, alone. I live on a farely busy, two lane street. Should I assume that the other baby was harmed, or do they sometimes separate immediately after figuring out how to fly? Today was the first time I saw them on the railing of my 6th floor balcony.

I use to borrow 2 baby wood pigeons from a small tree in my garden when they were chicks before they could fly and bring them in side the house and they would walk round the house looking around then i would hand feed them bacon fat cut up rolled up and pushed down the gullet , some times i would see there parents come back looking confused at the nest that both chicks had just left , then when the parents left i would put them back , and me and my misses would be laughing when both perants returned and both chicks were back , they must have thought where the hell did you to go , Any way both those chicks grew up in to birds and lived in trees in my garden and one was very tame and use to come right up to me for food and both were huge in size especially the male , attributed to been fed bacon fat when it was young

Oh lord i hope you reply to my comment and questions When you say CORN are you saying unseasoned Popping corn ? And what about chia seeds and uncooked rice ? Ive seen other videos that suggest uncooked rice that framkly scares me i only give cooked rice without seasoning for my little 6 to 7 member family of wild city pidgeons that live on my 6 story high rise and come 2 to 3 x a day for raw unsalted sunflower seeds I now know to not give exclusively anymore, THANK YOU for sharing this helpfull video I would never forgive myself if I fed them anything that could harm them . After my 16 yr old servi e died before new yrs I have gotten so much joy from my little flock and I feed them daily in my window sill I love my little flock ! ❤

Pigeons are beautiful and fun to watch. I enjoy sitting on my porch and watching the males doing their courting routine, and chancing the other male pigeons away from their girlfriends so cute and funny 🤗🤗. There colors are beautiful. ✌️ and ❤️ everyone. Enjoy our beautiful birds. 🙏😇
