They provide LAN service kinda wifi

You have to buy it yourself. It is allowed to have a cycle but people also use bikes which are not legal.

Can i quit niser after 1 year like m planning to prepare for neet too while being in niser... Is it possible? Do we get time to prepare for other exams in niser?
it won't be easy to treat niser in partial drop, it's better to focus on one thing. If you want to take partial drop go for bsc in Delhi University or something like that. Also considering high cutoffs in neet, partial drop ke saath accha schore krna easy nahi rahega and college mein bhi score kam reh jayega:( Niser is a highly academic oriented college and it produces scientists.Please don't waste a seat. that's my opinion.
