Superb landing, I spy an MD11 there 🤍🤎🧡🤎🤍
Here at SDF, there are still plenty of them!
Amazing!! 😮
Glad you like it!
@502Aviation SDF is my favourite airport - never been, I'm from the UK 🙋🏼♀️
Love your content! Keep it coming.
More to come!
Thank you for sharing this video of my favourite plane 😃
@@h.1864 Thank you for watching! I appreciate the comments! There is more MD-11 content coming soon......

MD-11s are mine ❤
747.s are my favorite 😅❤
@melvenawilson5983 They are the most beautiful, most impressive planes ever built.
I lived in Memphis for several years when the Belle was on display there, out in the open weather. It was impressive and inspirational, but a bit sad to see it deteriorate. I cannot imagine the work it took over several more years of dedicated restoration efforts. It turned out absolutely breathtaking. If all Americans would show that kind of work ethic, America would quickly dominate the world for peace and prosperity. The close up detail is unbelievably accurate and beautiful.
For this lifelong avgeek, it was a bucketlist item just to see her in person.

Nice!
Great video!
What you mean? That plane just took off!
Is that flaps 15?
Awesome catch! The 747 is so cool!
It’s hard not to get all those beautiful parking lots into frame
I never looked at it that way, but you're not wrong. There are tons of parking lots all the way down.😅
Go around! Great catch🤩
Chicago is gorgeous 🎉
Nice catch!

Why we need the Boeing 797.
I think Boeing made a mistake discontinuing the 757. They should've re-engined it and replaced the 737 instead.
Lovely bird
i want everyone to know that turbulence cant crash a plane

Less than optimal conditions. Good video.
So just came from Jamaica to Dallas love landed at 11:56 hard bounce but we made it so that’s all that matters and I’ve noticed they speed up on landings we hit the ground at 146
Nice views of both my hometowns - New Albany and Louisville!
Never see butter landings at Midway. They're just trying to get the thing down and stopped because of the size, and how busy the airport is and how the runway lengths don't give you any room for error.
That’s a mild turbulence!
That's half light and half moderate turbulence. BTW- "heavy" isn't an aeronautical descriptive term for turbulence. It's light, moderate, severe and extreme. Most career airline pilots experience severe a few times in a 30-year career.
Ha! Sometime ago I had a flight just like that during 50fifty minutes!! I was praying so hard and loud that my mom asked me to stop because I was scaring the other passengers especially a boy that was looking scared at me 😂😂😂🤣🤣😂
That's not heavy turbulence. It looks like mild turbulence. If it were heavy you wouldn't be able to hold onto your camera. You would be grasping your arm rests or the seat in front of you. The people seated in front of you might possibly be banging their heads on the wall panels, or each other! Heavy turbulence can be traumatic.
It did get a little bit heavier than what was shown, I just didn't capture it because I put the camera down to hold on with both hands. Never got as severe as you described, and I get that severe turbulence is dangerous, even deadly, but that was the bumpiest ride I had ever been on! It was kind of fun at first, but the holding pattern we were in had us circling in and out of the storm, and I started to get nervous when the turbulence would pick up again and again.
Fantastic video
Very cool
I hate turbulence
What's the name of that river
Des Plaines River
I think that is the Chicago River actually, but when it gets that far west, it turns into, or rather, they call it the I&M canal and that keeps going all the way through the Lockport/Joliet area and it keeps going until eventually it dumps into the Illinois River, which in turns then eventually dumps into the Mississippi river.
Bests flight are turbulent from start to finish u get used to it pretty quickly .....worst flights are smooth air ...then sudden CAT ..u are so used to the smooth u think your going down.....rough air all flight long for me
Never really considered this. I can’t say I disagree lol
No, ja keby som zažila turbulenciu hneď zvraciam 🤮🤮🤮
12:59 "Like sudden, EYES GOING DOWN." Ryanair pilots: "This 737 doesn't know how to butter, what a retard landing. Southwest pilot: "WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?" Airbus: "He said, 50, 40, 30, plenty, EAT LARD." Southwest pilot: "Oh, umm... ok."
Where is that location is that now FedEx
