As sax player I've always admired and wanted to emulate Michael's perfect tone quality and of course I failed. R.I.P. great one. Also, no other drummer can chew gum and play like Dennis Chambers! Great video!
You should check out Carter Beuford from the Dave Matthews Band, he chews gum and blows bubbles while drumming almost every show haha, the sax players are awesome too!
A tip: watch movies on flixzone. Me and my gf have been using it for watching all kinds of movies recently.

Great concert. I attended this concert in Lisbon when they came to Portugal back in 92 (or 93?). I remember the band I saw had two different members, LENNY WHITE replacing D.Chambers and DEAN BROWN replacing M.Stern. Greetings from Portugal!

when i was in the NAVY i saw Michael Brecker in concert. we had a guy that said you cannot have good music without singing. i proved him wrong, lol.
John Hart had no succession planning . Just thought could select the next inform players and they would excel at tests. All the battle hardened forwards and backs , players like Fitzy , Ian Jones , Robin and Zinzan Brooke , Brown and Dowd , Frank Bunce , , Walter Little that had gone through two world cups and ensured NZ were unbeatable in 96 and 97 were gone by 1998 and NZ paid for it into the 99 RWC. By 99 Hard hadn't solved the midfield paring issue as Mayerhofler and Gibson didn't work out so he shoehorned Cullen in at center with Alatini and left experienced Alana Ieremia on the bench.
Not sure I agree with you. Did you really think that Fitzpatrick, who played in the 1987 World Cup, was going to play in the 99 World Cup too? And other players on your list?? The crux of the matter was they had an extremely experienced and solid core in 96 and 97, which made them great, but precisely because that core was so solid they weren't blooding new players and thus were practically left empty handed by the time 99 rolled around. There was simply little depth and less big match experience. A mix of old and young at any given time may not be best in the short term, but it makes success sustainable in the long term. The greatness of 96 and 97 was balanced by the relative mediocrity of 98 and 99. Reducing the core in 96 and 97 by bringing in new players would have meant the team was less great, but by virtue of doing so 98 and 99 would have been better. The question becomes, do you want "great" on one hand and "okay" on the other, or do you want "very good" on one hand and "very good" on the other too? Like 90 and 70, or 80 and 80?
