The thing that confused me the most was the CEO pointing fingers not only at Crowdstrike but at Microsoft, which had nothing to do with the outage. It's like getting injured in a drive by and blaming the manufacturer of the car. The CEO asked "When was the last time you heard of a big outage at Apple?" I don't know, when's the last time you heard of a multitude of large scale businesses using Apple devices for their kiosks, displays, airplane computers, servers, and POS systems? This entire thing smells like Delta just wants to win some big court cases.
