It is considered an insult to eat Cebu lechon with Mang Tomas! If properly done you should see remnants of garlic, green onions, lemongrass etc. used to stuff and flavor the pork!

Alao if seasoned properly is eaten as is with no dipping necessary!

Cebu lechon does not use Mang Tomas. We dip it in vinegar and garlic! NO MANG TOMAS!

Making sure the info is correct. The $39 dinner ($45 in the Bay Area and other metro areas) does not include some of the meats you were offered, like filets or ribeye. Typically, they will provide a different (green/red) card for the $39 deal. I think they gave you the complete offerings because you guys had a camera and were recording.

Oh forgot to mention according to this person on yelp her comments on the 44.99 special - We came here for the "Best of Brazil" menu. It features 11 meats, but not the higher end cuts like the Filet Mignon, Beef Ribs, etc. For $44.99, you can't beat that! So many people recommended the Picanha Specialty Garlic Steak... but I personally found it to be overly garlicky and dry (well done). We found many of the meats to be really salty actually :( That person didn't get the filet mignon.

Pho Papa was disappointing to me and terrible attitude from the staff. I don’t know why everyone say they’re good. Pho Hanoi is much better. But watch their recommended tipping amount. Should be before tax.

I adore tendon! I have never had it served thinly shaved like that before but it looked super tasty. And if pig ear is on the menu there is no chance I am not ordering it! I looove that addictive crunchy-come-gelatinous texture. Another great video!
