however, on top of the pandemic there’s a lot of issues going on. one being that france is banning muslims from displaying their religion.
if the law is finalised, muslims cannot:
- wear a hijab if they’re under 18
- request for a specific gender of a doctor for religious reasons
- do the Halal slaughter for chicken
and mothers who wear a hijab won’t be allowed to accompany their children on school trips and in Paris they are forcing Halal stores to sell pork and alcohol (which goes against their religion)
