Omg! This was the best version of this worn out plot ever! No overacting! No kidnapping! No endless slapping! everyone was honest with their feelings! The scenes and dialogues were plausible. I just wished they extended the ending better. What happens when the drug wears off? And what is the deal with the translations? Lol! I had to use Google translate bec the English translations sucked! Using AI with google translate would have been better! But hands down, I really liked this version the best!❤

Points to watch: Casts acted so well. No awkward or cringy acting. They’re so good that they deserve full big drama. Leads chemistry is chemistrying. Kisses are passionate and full of emotions. Minimal dubbing. ML, FL and the assistant are using their own voice. Which is very pleasant. Editing is not bad. Subtitle translation is direct and easy to understand. The most precise I’ve seen so far. I’d rewatch for the actings (and the kiss scene 🤭) despite the familiar plot. Points to skip watching: Exact same plot just with different actors, different deliveries. Same evil schemes (abductions, knife stabbing, amnesia etc) that has been overused in almost all mini c-drama. They changes the name to some English name on the subtitle. Should’ve retain the Chinese name.
