Bruson will STAY captain regardless because of the pay cut and the front office built this team around Brunson not Katman. G5 is right, Katman is the biggest star on the team...period, but make no mistake, this is Brunson team. The challenge now is will Brunson be willing to sacrifice his STATS for the greater good of team basketball. If he can do that , then this new Knicks team with a healthy Mitch in the post season will be fun to watch. Let's just hope Katman bring this same energy and performance to the post season. Dude made a good point about Brunson, though. This season, even though it's very early, has been lackluster so far. However, he has not been getting those foul calls like last season. To Brunson credit, he has started feeding the ball to Katman more, and that's been a good thing. Unfortunately, Katman is atrocious on defense, and that's where we NEED Mitch, and I disagree with trading him. Especially with IHart, no longer on the team.
