Thanks for sharing I too have diastasis recti and an umbilical hernia I was set for surgery last December but lost my health insurance coverage and have not been able to get reinstated as of yet I want surgery so bad It hurts when my now 20 months old toddler climbs on me I have had 3 babies and was super big with all my pregnancies I still have to wear maternity clothes The hernia doesn't hurt lately but when it does, it's bad Worst thing recently is the GERD I also have I am just thanking you for sharing and being brave it helps me to look forward to surgery and healing God Bless You

I saw a comment on another video and I used an aluminum foil scrunched up instead of a sponge, with the pink stuff, for the glass part and the hard grease that is hard to come off, with a bit of hard scrubbing, it came off super fast and my glass door looks like new!!! Soooo happy. I was worried it would scratch the glass but it didnt. I had almost given up 😅
