how tall are you?? your arm span is meant to be as long as your height so clothing sizes usually should reflect that and if the arm lengths are too small it's usually because the piece itself was incorrectly designed. But if you do have abnormally long arms then fair play! The cream zip-up and grey jacket look cute and it wouldn't be an Emily video without another gorgeous fur jacket!

"There aren't enough hours in the day" can fully relate! I said to someone the other day how I'd love it if days were 30 hours long (they thought I was mad). Imagine those extra 6 hours and being able to spend an extra couple of hours sleeping and an extra few hours being able to catch up with friends and complete other social engagements which our hustle and bustle lives don't allow us to do! As someone that has struggled with body dysmorphia I can understand what you are going through. As far as I'm concerned you look great! But I know it's no good me saying it if you don't feel it yourself. Just remember that a lot of people go crazy at Christmas for food - it is what Christmas is all about. Once you hit the fitness arc again then I am sure you will feel great about yourself once more. Gavin and Stacey... meh. I think it frustrated me that I just felt it was a little too predictable. If you'd asked me after the 2019 special what I thought would happen in the next episode I'd have said "Smithy will nearly marry Sonja then run off with Nessa". The Gwen/Dave Coaches storyline was a fun surprise. And we STILL DID NOT FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED ON THE FISHING TRIP! 😭

If you had an aquamarine dress then you could very easily do kids' parties cosplaying as Elsa 😅 Sizing up in that coat would've definitely been better, they're better slightly oversized anyway so better to err on too big than too small. tbf if drivers drive up your rear you should drive slower! For their safety as much as your own. If they want to overtake then they will. If you speed up then they're encouraged to and if you have to brake sharply then you risk being rear-ended.
