I know this was a few years ago but wondering if you replaced all the chamber gaskets, rings ect. Inside the injector well? Or did you leave existing and it worked fine?
I may be going through this replacement process myself soon on a 3GM30F - what do I do with the coupler/shaft? Do I remove it before I raise the motor up?
From Yanmar the injector itself is non-serviceable. You can only purchase the complete body with a new nozzle installed. You can find aftermarket nozzles if you're really tight on cash but I don't recommend it.

Absolutely every video on this omits the part of taking out the nozzle and pulling the pin from it.

Did you change the copper washed in the head?
what were the symptoms that led you to this repair??
Great job, how easy was it to get the injector off. I should do the same for my engine but i'm a bit worried that the corrosion has had them stucked.
