I wish someone would tell me how to turn the receiver off. The sole button with the on\off symbol and red led only brightens and dims the window. There is no way to shut down the system. The window stays lit. Either bright or dim. That’s it. The owners manual is impossible for the lay person to decipher.

Hi! Loved the video and got an ESR magsafe ring. I have a quick question - is it okay to put the ring directly on the phone and use a regular phone cover on it? Would the magsafe accessories work? Or would the magsafe products work even if I put a magsafe cover on my magsafe ring that's on the phone?

I cant get the right one to be louder it’s whispers way low and left is lound but they charge the same

I own both the nc9 and the nc7. NC9 fits better and has a deeper sound that i pefer, but lacks poorly on the mic when making phone calls . The nc7 sounds brighter and too light for my liking . Because of the light weight, it feels like its about to slip off of your ear . I do however prefer the much improved mic of the nc7 which Works wayy way better than the nc9.

My brand new buds aren't charging, the case is on 100%, connections are clean. So what's the matter.

Do you think It's okay let the earbuds in the case all the time when not using?

I must have the older model cuz the back of mine is not laid out like that and my phone's jack is in the bottom left corner...I got the unit for free I hooked it up to my existing speakers but barely any sound comes out and I know they're hooked up right,other issue is the tuner is stuck on auto and I don't have a remote
