Both the defense and prosecution lied. The act was definitely premeditated. Now don't get me wrong , I'm pro defense and Oziel is a scum bag but there was a lot of information that wasn't privy to the media. Erik and Lyle planned the event, I'm only surprised they didn't do it sooner and I hope that they get out soon.

This case is extremely bleak and unsettling. I believe them. They never really had anyone they could trust. No true friends. They need to be set free. They served their time and paid for their circumstances. I want them to be happy. I want them to have normalcy? They have beautiful smiles which they deserve to show everyday. Please let them go

It was a different time in life . People from the seventies and the eighties didn't believe sexual abuse didn't really exist. If people believed they thought it could only happen to females . But they didn't take the trauma seriously . They took it as a female just being unruly and disobedient.

I really feel sorry for Beavis and Butthead, because these are teenagers who never had a normal childhood. When you are a child, family plays an important role in your socialization and intellectual development. The relationship between parents and a child directly affects the mental development of children, the development of their emotional sphere. Beavis and Butthead live in poverty, and their mothers are constantly away from home. They spent their whole lives in front of the TV because they had nothing and no one else. Therefore, it is only natural that they are so stupid and have poor social skills. These are children abandoned by their own family. Their mothers apparently did not think about what would grow out of them, and did not provide them with the necessary development. Beavis and Butthead were literally raised not by their parents, but by the TV. And given the fact that they watched completely unfiltered content from an early age, it is clear that they saw violence and sex too early, which also most likely had a very negative impact on them

i tried to watch this while knowing nothing about them but the first episode was so confusing and the angry one (sorry forget which one) was just cringe to watch explode 40 times in 10 minutes while i also had no clue what was going on even if it WAS accurate constant angry outbursts are just unbearable to watch for me

Erik’s drama teacher had an assignment that involved reading from a soliloquy from Shakespeare and Erik had trouble with the assignment (because of his reading difficulty) because of the fact that the soliloquy he picked was a hard one (according to the teacher) she didn’t say that he was bad at acting and that he seemed to like the performance aspect but people seem to neglect the fact that theater was a required class Erik’s high school so he would’ve had to take it regardless. I love your dedication to this case. I have been watching you for a while and you make great content :)

You're correct on the testimony of Erik's teacher regarding his acting. She said he was okay but not particularly good. Pretty much average high school level or lower level acting.

I wouldnt place that deep in the "good" category since they double cross, hurt Brock a TON, killed a ton of people, and was chill with Brock killing OSI agents (during Brock's training, Brock killed some scuba trainers and Hunter was ALL over it). I think the Robert Newton version is the best and also Disney's best movie. While a court case was taking place over whether Bobby Driscoll could legally work in the UK they filmed all of his sequences! The veto on his employment had no impact on the film. I have read Disney thought of inserting an animated element (there is brief animation in 20,000 LEAGUES) but wisely chose not to. Despite being a box office success as a team, I believe Jackie Cooper and Wallace Beery couldn't stand each other!

I am hearing from a few people around LA that they will finally be getting out, for real. Apparently it will be by the end of this year. Personally I think it’s about time. If you were around Los Angeles in the mid 90’s, you would realize how political this case became. LA was the joke of the country because the police, judges and DA’s office kept losing credibility and they were embarrassed. They didn’t want to lose the second trial. I will just say this, you can’t prove it, but a lot of people around town think the judge & DA’s office colluded to mess up the brother’s second trial. And one more point, LA has never really taken the children’s side when it came to famous or powerful record producers hurting children. Did they really want kids that really fought back to win? It would set a precedent for other abused children. It’s a little bit better now …. Just a little though!
