Atleast I’ve got a good reference with this, thank you, and I do think it is still au cooling system but the weird thing was that it was working perfectly last time I drove it. I spoke to a buddy of mine and we have actually determined that it’s most likely the water pump on the UZ that failed me, the water pumps on these engines have plastic wheels, so what’s happening is the belt is turning and turning the shaft but the wheel isn’t turning hence no pumping haha. But not a big issue atleast, will be ripping on this boat soon, thank you for watching and putting in the effort to comment, means a lot🫶🏽🥺

This is spot on, affordability and seat time is the first steps when getting into drifting and the JZ is expensive everywhere in the world. This is also why I’m trying out the 1UZ and 3UZ platform for my Ford Falcon and Polo drift cars.

2jz are super reliable and yes you can get spark plugs at autozone lol I’ve had 3 jz cars and I got all my parts from autozone unless I wanted to do some other modifications.

@CapeFilms and key word "other modifications" you cant make big power for the same price as natural displacement without BIG money. Yes the engines are cool they sound cool to some people (not my style) but they just aren't practical at all. If you are at a track day and break something critical, which motor do you think people will have spares for an ls3 or coyote or a 2jz lmao its just not the move in America
