Hello Caroline thank you for your comment, unfortunately it is her own formula that she mixed and she didn't write down the detailed ingredients, but every body has their own different formulas and ratios I would say go with your gut feelings 😁

I don't usually measure them, because even if I run short I can always cut more for the next segment, but a good standard to go by is measure from your fingertips to your elbow, that will give you good enough length to work with but not too long that it gets frustrating and entangled
