Despite fuzo's tcr is getting better and better, Shaun's mod is stil overall more responsive imo. I still prefer 1.7 version instead 2.0 as it's more hard and rewarding to drive

Nice stuff! This mod is indeed incredible, i agree. I've been testing this for a few days now and im thinking about going for a championship against the AI. Half race distances though, at least for now.

I love this AC mod both car and track Try these on Caldwell park! Also AMS2 Caterham academy suck BUT try ams2 Caterham Super Light ! Completely different story The car feels lovely, controllable and responsive

these are 95 cars, 94 v12 had 850+bhp and used 3.5l engines that didn't rev anywhere near that high.

The Bandit has returned and given us a real cracker of a vid this time! Mate that was insane! To be honest Reiza have proved themselves to be one of the top sim companies for motor racing out there. They got flagged for using the madness engine, look what they have achieved! If they want to take an extra month or two to develop the tire model then I’m all behind them, they have earned my loyalty and respect for what they have produced in such a short time. Long time no see :), Automobilista 2 is best with 100% races (at least 50% ), so much fun , and times flies by :D , did a race at silverstone (91 layout with 1992 cars, most of the time a lonely race, and finished 7th, but I enjoyed 100% of it, next day again at Kyalami with the 74 cars… 50 laps

Hey mate, I was the commenter on these and this track. This is indeed a match made in heaven. Only slight advice we found (same as you) was stay out of 2nd wherever possible. Car has loads of torque, and 2nd is quite short. What is also great is multi-class with these and the German Group A (BMW & Merc). Nigh on identical times achieved very different ways. I also did a race for an hour over Bathurst against the 2024 Stock Cars, and I was only about 25 seconds back, which was all nearly boost speed (which the newer cars have and the 99's don't) down the Conrod Straight.

Nice one mate, the GT1s are amazing to drive. Hope they get some more love in the future. Best cars/ era in racing imo.

Mate that was racing! Loved the car you chose, McLaren was a legend in car design and his legacy has not let him down (he was a kiwi after all wink wink), and the sound of that engine! Top 10 is a great place to be especially in a GT1 car! I remember seeing the first time you drove this car and in this vid it seems to be much better and less likely to step out with little input. Loved the vid and can’t wait to see the next one!

What a hell of a sound! That growl at full speed is perfect. The GT40 is a real handful due to the power it can lay down in that short amount of time you smash the accelerator down! Ken Miles was a legend taken before his time, I think he was testing the MkV GT40 (could be wrong of course…), and crashed due to brake wear? I reckon the LM at Goodwood, the 330p4 at Le Mans and the Porsche at Monza 😉 I love AC especially for the all the mods and car packs you can get, AMS2 cause it’s just mint! I see Race Room have done a new update and really upgraded the graphics engine….maybe worth a look? Great vid mate!

Love rowing thru the gears in this pack...some of the best physics/ffb in sim racing. Used to be a big Ams2 fan but since spending more time in AC and RF2 i can see it is a long way behind in driving feel

What a race and what a fantastic commentary! Very enjoyable. Haven't had this much fun watching F1 since the Schumacher / Häkkinen battles later on in the 90s. I'm buying AMS2! This is obviously the game I've been looking for and didn't know exists! Historic F1 from my childhood!

Some prefer the Merc, I prefer the M3 myself....but try a Multi Class race round there with the Beemer, the Merc......and the 99 Brasil Stock Car Omega. I trust you'll be pleasantly surprised.

You can change the camera views in the replay to chase or cockpit etc. The default one can vary according to the track.

MAAAAAATTTTEEEEEE! Bandit for the win! What a race! I love the C group cars, my got out is the Merc C9. I haven’t tried it with the latest updates so it might be more tame now. No ABS, no no steering assist, no brake assist….this is racing with brass balls and crossed fingers! Not sure what the cameras are doing in the reply but seeing the Nissan giving it to the competition and bringing a win is a celebration to be had! I used to sub to the ‘larger’ channels but it felt more like they were ‘allowing’ us to share in their personal time, you my friend are the complete opposite, and that’s why I’ve only subbed to your channel. You are the Man, the Myth, the Legend… you are ‘The Bandit!’ Now, let’s see these Group 3 Porsches!

Bro, You would be much faster in VR, And also a little boost to thee driving skills, It is hard to explain the difference from VR to screens, But on AMS 2 the difference is staggering, You learn how to hit corners so much better in VR, You can understand the depth of a corner if that makes sense, And AMS 2 have got to be the best Sim Racing title in VR, I have had Food Poisoning since Sunday Early hours, Egg Fried Rice in packets from Lidls, Don't eat them people, I was bad as food poisoning gets, I almost rang for ambulance I was throwing up with pains in my guts I have never felt before, I will never eat Egg Fried Rice ever again, Stuff should be banned, So I have not been able to do any Sim Racing since Food Poisoning, It took everything out of me, So yeah if you read this, Think twice before buying Egg Fried Rice that is in a packet from Lidls, Just don't it really isn't worth it, I will be writing to Lidls with the packet information, Or ringing them tomoz or next week, Just in case there is actually a bad batch, I wouldn't want anyone feeling how I was, How long do Food Poisoning actually last then, Have anyone else had Food Poisoning from Egg Fried Rice, I still feel rough as crap 4 days later, Is that normal, But yeah back onto Sim Racing, You pulled off a half decent few laps here bro, It is why I am saying if you was doing VR you would be faster, I am faster now I am doing VR, And the Quest 2 can be got pretty cheap, I was told wait until Black Friday, For iRacing, I want to get 6 months up front, And was told to wait for the Black Friday offers, So it would be same with VR, I actually do wonder now what sort of prices VR will be in the Black Friday sales, I will get a Quest 3 if I can get one for 200 pounds during black Friday sales, Or will it be just 25% rather than half price, With VR companies can make loads of profit form VR, Surely with the headset or unit being a small size, More can be produced, So why not sell the headsets cheaper to sell more, If you sell more you will profit more yeah, But then there is capitalism isn't there, The world where profits mean more than the biz, lol....... Plus I would actually like to know if you is actually faster in VR myself now, lol, Not bad racing but I will say again, I reckon you would be faster in VR, lol......

Our online group had also not really given these a crack...we'd driven the Mini in the Copa B class (which is a great class by the way), but that has more hp and modern tyres. However, we gave this one a go on one of the Brazilian short tracks, and now it's one of our go to cars.

Mate that was racing at its best! The way the cars roll when going hard into a corner and then having the back end come round when you lift off the gas is just awesome fun! A mate of mine had a mini, he was 5’ 6” at best…I’m 6” 5”, watching people’s expressions as I get out of the car was hilarious! I haven’t driven this car in ages…and then it was in AC so now Ihave to try it in AMS2 😉 Great vid mate and loved every minute of the race!
