not even better picture quality could save this film. understandable why it was direct to video as the story is pathetic and the acting is sad. the previous two filma are so much better. just to cash in on the franchise is only reason this abysmal film was made.
I saw the original on TV in the '70's. I had never seen this one. How much fun! I like the poetic, or idealistic moments when we get a philosophy lesson where there would really be no time for that, but it is an artistic choice. Thanks.

So it's called Space Battleship Yamato Revival? I'm not sure why you wouldn't put that in the title instead of the date it was posted on RUclips. That's misleading and makes no sense. We can already see when the video was uploaded, so putting that as the title is unnecessary and it gives no actual information about the movie itself. Also, it would be helpful to add a description of what is uploaded.
